Called Carters on a Saturday ,because our air wasn't cooling. Bryson was here within a couple of hours. Unfortunately it wasn't a quick fix. But he ordered the part, came out and installed and got us cooling again. Would definitely recommend, and will be using them again.
First time calling Carters Heating and Cooling LLC. Bryson returned my call quickly. He arrived within the hour. Assessed the air conditioner unit and made necessary repairs. It wasn't long until the air conditioner unit was on and had the house cooled down quickly. Excellent service, effective and clear communicator. I highly recommend Bryson and will be calling for any future repairs.

I arrived home to a hot house last night and looked up heating and air repair places, Carter’s came up and had nothing but great reviews so I contacted Carter’s last night after hours and left a voicemail needing my AC looked at, Bryson contacted me back first thing the next morning and got me on the schedule same day to come look at my ac unit! Bryson went above and beyond to make sure both my outside HVAC unit and my inside heating unit were thoroughly cleaned and in great working order. We ran into a small hiccup when we discovered that the lock on my outside power shut-off had rusted shut, and Bryson didn’t hesitate — he quickly ran to the hardware store to get bolt cutters so the job could be done properly. He also took the time to explain and demonstrate, using a testing device, how my 10-year-old HVAC capacitor was weakening and why it needed replacement. I really appreciated how transparent, knowledgeable, and proactive he was throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend this company and Bryson in particular.

I called Bryson and within the hour he was at my house, and it wasn’t long till my air was back on. It was 97 degrees today, and it was getting hot in the house quickly. I really appreciate him coming out as fast as he did and he didn’t over charge me at all. We will call him if we need anything else.

I found Bryson through a Facebook post after several people highly recommended him, and he completely lived up to the reputation. He was incredibly respectful from the start, even asking permission before wearing his boots in the house. He came out the very next morning to check a noise coming from my heat pump that I wasn't sure was normal. After thoroughly inspecting everything, I asked if he could replace the dirty indoor return filter since I hadn't had time to buy one myself. He went out of his way to buy a new filter, returned, and swapped it out for me. A couple of hours after he left, we experienced a minor system hiccup. It was not his fault, but most likely a domino effect from the system being serviced for the first time since installation. When I contacted him regarding this, Bryson promptly came back out that evening, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got everything back up and running. I don't typically leave reviews, but after the stellar experience we had with Bryson, I had to share. I highly recommend him!
